Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for the current billing period.
Yearly subscriptions are discounted plans and are generally non-refundable.
By purchasing a yearly plan, users agree that refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds may be considered within a limited period if the platform was not used extensively.
NovaQuant reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.
Refund requests must be submitted through support.
